Booking as a guest will create duplicate accounts.
How it's done
ALL Airport Bookings
You must input the airport code in the pickup/drop-off location sections and select the match. The correct option will include an airplane icon. Examples:
BOS - Boston Logan
PVD - Providence TF Green
PBI - Palm Beach
FLL - Fort Lauderdale
MIA - Miami
Flight information
Following the above step will make available a place (in Step 3) to include the airline and flight number that we'll need. It must be inputted correctly.
Select your airline in the first box, and in the second box, the flight number (two to four numbers).
This information is linked directly with the driver's app, and it will tell them which terminal and gate you're arriving into. This also allows us to track your flight in real-time.

MA - Massachusetts
FL - Florida
TO Airport - A trip where you are dropped off at an airport.
FROM Airport - A trip where you are picked up from an airport.
Point-to-Point - A one-way trip that doesn't include an airport.
Hourly - More than a one-way trip. The driver is waiting with you.
