Pickup Area Directions

Terminal A

To  get to Terminal A pickup area, exit the terminal using glass sliding door A102 and follow the crosswalk straight to its end.

Terminal B

Pickup area is on the upper, departure level of the terminal


Come upstairs from the arrival level, unless your gate is already on the departure level (as a few gates are)


Exit the terminal using either glass sliding door B205 or B208

This depends on which airline/gate you are coming from:

  • Gates 1 to 22: Door B205, turn right.
  • Gates 23+: Door B208, turn left.


We will be parked curbside where the road is curved.

Terminal C

Terminal C pickup area is in the Central Parking garage.


When you approach the exit, go upstairs to the upper (departure) level of Terminal C, cross the skybridge, and come back down on the other side of the road to the ground floor—level (G)—of the Central Parking Garage.


Once you’re down in the Garage, walk along the crosswalk crossing a few lanes of traffic, and our waiting area is at the end of the crosswalk.


Purple “limo” signage is posted.

Terminal E

Effective August 25, 2025


Terminal E pickup area is located outside on the ground (arrivals) level.


Exit the terminal through Door E-107, turn right, and follow the covered walkway.

Continue straight until you reach the crosswalk.

The pickup area is directly across the road from there.
